Parent Trainers & Behavior Consultants

These services are provided in school facilities as well as in the home setting.

•Must be able to run discrete trials and train others on implementation.

•Must be able to develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans, and establish systems for data collection. Program book Creation will be the responsibility of the team but the Parent Trainers or Behavior Consultant will be responsible to oversee and ensure maintenance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

•Active in-state Teaching License

•5 years experience preferred

PARAPROFESSIONAL

•Assist student and implement strategies for learning academic skills, such as reading and math

•Assist student with learning skills needed to transition to greater independence

•Participate in team planning meetings and other duties assigned by staff.

•Assist student in daily living skills - ie. brushing teeth, putting on shoes, meal preparation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

•H.S. Diploma
