Applied Behavior Analysis & BCBA Training
Regarding Applied Behavior Analysis, Dr. LaRosa was trained by some of the world's leaders and top published Professors directly. Her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with a sub-specialty in human learning and development is from the very first ABA oriented doctoral program in the United States. Her academic combination gives the agency's staff a well rounded perspective that incorporates education, leadership, psychology and behavior analysis. She has enjoyed 22 years of work in this field at all levels of service from direct care to executive leadership. She has 10 years of collage level teaching experience, was named favorite professor in 2003 by students at CUNY Kingsborough and has earned social science research mentoring awards. She is currently teaching BCBA, LBA and graduate psychology courses. She loves supervising BCBA's and LBA's and offers a caring, supportive experience. She is a true mentor.
We have over a dozen BCBA's and LBA's with well documented hands on experience serving individuals with special needs ready to work with you on further developing your BCBA and LBA skills or earning your certification.
