Clinician team rolling out digitized reporting, CentralReach’s client management system
EAST NORTHPORT, New York (November 6, 2019) – Starting this month, Helping Hands Children Services’ direct-level providers will be able to send real-time updates to clinician team members as part of the company’s roll out of new client management tools. Over the course of the next two months, providers will be using iPads equipped with electronic health record (EHR) software from leading EHR provider, CentralReach.
“By providing real-time updates to our clients’ team of clinicians, our providers will be cutting down reporting time and gaining more time to focus on what matters most – positive outcomes,” said Jordan Freeman, clinical director at Helping Hands. “We want to be one of the top providers in the nation and using this technology brings us to the forefront of healthcare providers while positioning us for the future.”
With the implementation of Central Reach’s EHR and practice management solutions, parents of Helping Hands’ clients will receive reports with an updated look with more analytic features that measure client progress.
